About Me
I come from a small family with no strong financial background. All these years, I strive towards my goal with my own effort and hard work. I have been in the account and finance industry for at least 5 years. My husband, Tan Jun Shiang is the founder of Sky Kitchen. He has extensive F&B supply chain network and worked for a big dining restaurant. And, having our first child during this pandemic period make us afraid of dining in, we rely so much on the online food delivery platform. We realized online food delivery has become a norm, hence, we see a potential in establishing a cloud kitchen. At Sky Kitchen, we are a big family with multiple brands in a single cloud kitchen space. We are the take-away only outlet that provides no dine-in facility, using a business model that attempts to reduce operational costs, thereby maximising profits. We provide entrepreneurial opportunities and a chance to those who lost their job but with great cooking skill or F&B experiences especially during this pandemic situation.
